Thanks for shopping with Double R Western Co. To check your order, open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select View your order. This takes you to your secure order-status page. No public order-number form needed.

Can't find the email? Check your junk or spam folder. You can also sign in to your customer account to view your orders.

Tracked parcels

If tracking has been added to your shipment, follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on your order-status page. Carrier updates may not appear immediately after dispatch.

Pickup orders

Picking up your order? Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before heading in, and follow the collection instructions provided. Parcel tracking isn't needed for pickup.

No tracking number?

You can still check your order-status page using the link in your confirmation email. A missing tracking number alone doesn't tell you whether your order has been dispatched. If you need an update or can't find your confirmation email, contact our team and we'll help.
