The Story

My intro to the western world came through my amazing coach Ange, who is also a long-time Double R ambassador. She taught me how to ride, and after watching her compete at the Harvey Dickson Rodeo in 2022, I was hooked. From that moment on, I caught the barrel racing bug and haven’t looked back.

Double R Western Co is my go-to for everything western. The quality, fit and style just work — not only for me, but for every rider. There’s something for everyone, and it’s gear I know I can rely on every time I compete.

What’s on the horizon

My goals for 2026 are to compete at as many rodeos as I can and get more runs under my belt on my mare Belle. I’m also aiming to make it to the ABHA Barrel Racing Finals.

Horse Power

Otis is my 22-year-old Arab and my absolute heart horse. He also looks after my little sister when she competes. Belle is my 12-year-old Quarter Horse mare and my main focus — we’ve been working hard together over the past 18 months. They both have the sweetest souls and will always give their all.

Road Trip Essential

Fruit is a must — it keeps me feeling good and ready to perform. And I can’t go anywhere without my hype song “Juicy Wiggle” — it gets me in the zone and shakes the nerves out every time.

Morning Person or Night Owl?

A bit of both. If something needs to get done, I’ll be up early or working late — whatever it takes.

I absolutely love Disney movies — I can pretty much quote every single one!
