I’m based in Palmer, South Australia, working across team penning, campdrafting and running my stock horse stud. Horses are a huge part of my life, and I’m always learning, growing and just enjoying the process along the way.

The Story

I’m a true case of “all the gear and no idea” 😂

I originally had a western pony I wanted to event, but gave penning a go — and that completely changed everything.

I stepped away from riding during pregnancy and moved that mare on, but the cow horse bug had well and truly bitten. My first horse back was my Quarter Horse Bailey, and he taught me everything… and then some.

I love the whole idea of a small family business. It’s something I understand and relate to, so I’m really passionate about supporting brands built the same way.

What’s on the horizon

This year I just want to complete a full campdraft course. I don’t care about winning — getting around the whole course would be a massive personal achievement for me.

My stock horse stallion and a huge part of my journey. I’d like to say I’m bringing him along, but honestly… it’s probably him teaching me more than anything.

Morning Person or Night Owl?

Definitely not a morning person… but I also love my sleep, so I’m in bed early — which somehow makes me a morning person by default 😆
