Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Double R Western Co.
By entering the Double R Western Co. Survey Prize Draw, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 2pm on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Tuesday 6 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
2. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Double R Western Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:
- Complete the Double R Western Co. customer survey during the promotion period; and
- Provide a valid email address when submitting the survey for the purpose of the prize draw.
Entry is free.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a $200 Double R Western Co. voucher.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
5. Winner selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 7 October 2026.
The draw will be conducted by Double R Western Co.
6. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the survey.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Double R Western Co. may conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner.
The replacement winner will be subject to the same eligibility requirements.
7. Winner announcement
The winner may be announced by first name and/or surname initial on Double R Western Co.’s social media channels or website.
8. Prize voucher
The $200 voucher may be used toward eligible purchases from Double R Western Co.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any standard terms applying to Double R Western Co. vouchers also apply.
9. Personal information
Personal information collected through the survey will be used to administer the survey and prize draw.
The email address provided for the prize draw will be used to contact the winner and will not be added to Double R Western Co.’s marketing database unless the participant separately chooses to opt in to marketing communications.
10. Entry validity
Double R Western Co. reserves the right to verify entries and exclude any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, submitted more than once, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
11. Changes to the promotion
The promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Western Australian laws and regulations.
