Hi everyone! My name is Shivaun, and I am the creator, owner and passionate driver behind Double R Western Co.

I am a 34-year-old Mama of 3 wonderful kids, FIFO wife and crazy animal lover. I live with my family in a lovely small country town in the Southwest of Western Australia. The Rodeo Rose brand came about as my eldest daughters love for all things western, country and horses blossomed.

Being the mum I am, I scrambled to find a way to place myself in this magical new world of Horses and Western riding we were entering.

My first hurdle after rapidly learning as much about horses as I could, was what do the mums of horse kids, that aren't riders themselves, wear to these events?!

Also where do I find readily available western fashion with a bit of flair for my family?

And so, Rodeo Rose was born, rapidly followed by the addition of Rodeo Rebel for our men. These two flag ship brands have now become Double R Western Co.

Our goal is to help women who live in small country towns, or rural areas like me, those who don’t have easy access to big department stores, shop in a reliable, trustworthy online store.  I want to give women of all ages, those spending days at equestrian events and weekends at rodeos, great looking, comfortable, quality fashion. We are for the lovers of all things Western, those that need some cow hide and turquoise in their day and those like me who adore our own quirky mix of boho styling and western items.

I personally create or research, find and test all the items that come to you via Double R Western. It truly is a labor of love and an absolute joy collating what you find in our store.
