Summer Design Competition Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to those 18+ or with parental permission. Entrants must submit original designs created independently.

2. How to Enter: Create a design reflecting the brand theme "Live Life on Your Own Terms!" and submit via DM on Instagram or Facebook before the deadline. Tag a friend and follow @double.r.western.co.

3. Entry Requirements:

- Must be original and compliant with format and size requirements.  

- Multiple entries allowed.

4. Intellectual Property: By submitting, you grant Double R Western Co a license to use your design for promotional purposes.

5. Prize: Winners will receive prizes and have their design featured in the RR Summer 2025 collection. Prizes are non-transferable.

6. Selection & Announcement: Entries are judged on originality. Top entries will be publicly voted, and winners announced on social media.

7. Notification: Winners are notified within 7 days and must respond within 48 hours or risk forfeiting the prize.

8. Publicity: Your name, handle, and winning design may be used for promotion.

9.Data Privacy: Your data will be used only for the competition and in line with privacy laws and Meta’s policies.

10. General:  Double R Western Co can disqualify entries that breach the above rules.
